Activity Overview

The Fisher's Ghost Festival is one of the Macarthur region's most well-known and historic community events, celebrating the unique story and heritage of our local area. The parade brings together community groups, schools, sporting clubs and organisations from across the region, providing a wonderful opportunity for us to showcase Scouting and our proud connection to the community.

We would love to see as many of our members as possible marching alongside our Region banner. It is a fantastic chance for our young people to demonstrate Scout spirit, represent Hume Region Scouts, and be part of a long-standing local tradition.

We invite all Scouts from across the Hume Region to bring the spirit of adventure to the Festival of Fisher’s Ghost Parade! Young people and leaders alike will be marching alongside a campsite-themed float, showcasing the fun, friendship and outdoor experiences that make Scouting one of Australia’s leading youth development organisations.  Join us for this historic local event.
